Cheese Scones

Recipe from the trusty Bero book.  Just about to try one with my afternoon cuppa.  Might have one with some soup tomorrow.

The pavements were treacherous this morning so I've had a day completely indoors.  I've quite enjoyed it.  As well as baking I have gone through the Christmas cards and made a new list for Christmas 2021.  It was nice taking time and rereading people's messages again.  I've tried to recycle as many as possible and also cut bits off other to pass to my sister who makes her own Christmas cards.
