Daysleeper

Another dull cold grey day. It is difficult enough trying to remember what happened on previous days, even more so, when the weather doesn't seem to change.

So I did some yoga, worked, had a short walk, did a Body Coach session and another yoga, and then worked some more.

Here's Léo relaxing after a stressful day. The last Xmas decorations are hopefully coming down tomorrow.
