Signs at the five way junction
These are (relatively) new signs at the five way junction on the Edinburgh 'inner tube' cycle path. Before they were installed I often used to see people standing here with their phones/maps, puzzling over the way into town/down to Leith/along to Granton. I think that this will now be a rare sight - at least until some clown comes up with a 'fun ruse' of twisting the signs around on the post to point in the wrong directions.
We passed the sign while taking some (Scottish Government endorsed) exercise. We walked to Darcie and Keith's house and back to give our 2020 Elemental calendar to Jackson for the pictures of the RP1 (a road legal track car), and to collect a Tupperware box that we left there (filled with cookies) on May 31st. The first part of our mission was an entire success. The second was only partially so: we came back with a box, but we are pretty sure that it is not ours (but it will do).
The rest of my day was dedicated to my secret recreational project, and Mr hazelh's to updating Mummy hazelh's computer remotely.
Exercise today: 4 mile walk.
