Haunting Hour - Sometime after Sunset

It got later and later and I kept putting off going out to take a picture for the day.  Eventually managed 75 minutes after sunset.  

I quite like the spooky sepia tinged atmosphere from the city light pollution and the grainy image from ISO 6400.
