Notes: Went for a sluggish run first thing in the cool damp air, felt mostly ok. Bit of an off-feeling day of body and emotion. Did pull out a suit and sat outside in the garden for a short time. Had another session with Eva (from somewhere in central Europe - was quite good) and then walked out to the beach - has been awhile since I was gone 2 wks. The new road project is quite a mess and Beach Plaza is all torn up and hard to cross to the beach. Sat at the pool for a bit to catch up with Gary & Gloria and then in for shower and relaxing from 330p on or so.
