Mt Pauanui

The day started with a walk up Mt Pauanui with Julie.
Harder than I remembered but it is 387m of vertical climb over quite a short distance. Great views over the local area.
You can just make out a small white plane on the right coming in to land on the grass airstrip.
Emma out with friends all day.
Late morning coffee with Julie, Alastair and Adam in town.
Late afternoon golf at the Pines with Julie, Adam and Alastair.
We tried to book in for the local quiz at the social club, but it was full, so no joy there :(
Late dinner of lamb, chicken and ribs ( and a bit of salad)
