Reiki robin

One of those nights when you wake up and then cant sleep for a couple of hours, thinking about all sorts of things. Felt really tired this morning but thought that I am going to move myself and try not to feel too bad.
Cookie and I walked nearly three miles and then after breakfast I hit the garden.
This little robin follows me about all the time waiting for me to move leaves to see if he can find anything juicy. Then he stayed near the statue he must have fancied a bit of reiki. Extra photo was taken last year when he was taking meal worms out of my hand but he hasnt done that this year yet.
Anyway feel so much better after moving myself and am going to have left over risotto for  lunch and might watch a bit of netflix !!
