Ice Swim

My post swim shots are always pretty samey at the river, but today I realised that the river has two directions so I decided to mix things up a bit and point downstream.

Swam with my friend S. Cycled on the road as paths (and the walk down to the river) were still treacherous. 3.8°C but managed to be in for 7 minutes and only mild effects of after drop afterwards.
