Today is "Three wise men day". In France they have a dedicated cake/pie/pastry (?) called galette des rois, that's my blip. Actually the filling is supposed to be frangipane (almond), but we bought ours kinda late in the day and chocolate was all they had left.
Extra blip is the portuguese dedicated cake, bolo Rei, sent to me by my father.
