Flooded Field

It is a bit of a struggle leaving a nice warm bed on these frosty mornings. Good to have a session of Pilates to get the body going.

We had to pick up Thomas’s car from the garage where it was being serviced and it’s MOT completed. On the way I had spotted these flooded fields at Howe bridge between Malton and Pickering. Stopped off to take a photo. The horses didn’t look too happy that their field was under water but the Swans appeared to be enjoying their new lake.

It was interesting to see the signs erected by the council asking if my journey was essential. Good to remind everyone about staying safe.
