Day 54 of 365 - Coventry Sports Centre!

Welcome to day 54 of 365.

Today's image is of Coventry sports centre. The building was completed in 1977 and was designed and built in the style of an Elephant. The Elephant is on Coventry's Coat of Arms and has been since before the 14th Century.

This may well be one of the only buildings in the world in the style of an Elephant!

As always the shot was taken with my iPhone 5. The photo was taken today using the App GCam. I saved the file as an uncompressed TIFF file. The original image can be found here: Unedited original Image

I used Snapseed to straighten and edit the image. Finally I finished off the picture using TangledFX to give the metal clad structure a futuristic facelift.
