Our decorations
The Christmas decorations at our condo are still up, including a tree which emits tickling Christmas carols and songs. We were going to point out that this brings bad luck in our culture, then we realised why they are still up. We were unable to have our Christmas party due to covid 19 restrictions, so our management has decided to give us a party on 10th January. Keep everything crossed for us. We once again have a few restrictions, bars are closed and the sale of alcohol restricted, however, last night we were able to have a beer in a restaurant with our meal.
In other news. Our black community cat is in the wars again. We took him to the vet last week as he was limping. He has an abscess on his front right leg. He was very placid at the vet and only cried out when the vet took some blood from him. He was tested for aids and leukaemia, which are both common in street cats. Since then we have been treating him with antibiotics and painkillers, which for the first few days he took easily, the last two days it has been harder, so we presume that he is feeling better. So today we were supposed to take back to the vet at 10.30 am. We started looking for him at 9am. He is nowhere to be found. We had to cancel the appointment. A friend has now told us that he is here and is ok, we were very worried that something bad had happened to him. We will try and round him up shortly and get him to the vet.
Due to my downloading issues I took my photo last night. Once again it didn't want to download, hubby and I have spent about an hour. Then he decided to go out to clear his head. I decided to give it one more go. So glad I did.
