The coldest day yet

We woke to a freezing fog which remained for most of the day... everything was covered in a hoar frost.. so pretty.  I walked at around 3.45 when I noticed the temperature was -2C just as the sun was about to set.. so I guess it is going to be a cold night. 

My mother in law received her C19 Covid jab today.. she is very pleased as are we.  (94 and living at home alone in Scotland)

There was a fascinating programme on our immune system on BBC last night.. I would highly recommend watching it if you missed it.  Take your vitamin D!!!
