Berry cold morning...

The frost is beautiful but I'm over it now. Too many people having accidents and I can't go out running as it's so slippy. My mood has been low today and I know it's linked to outdoor exercise. Walking is good, however.

Dad had the vaccine though today - yay! The end is in sight.

About to rustle up a salmon stir fry for tea.
