Last day off

Thomas had a pyjama day today as a treat for the last day of school holidays.
Weve spent the day playing board games and watching films.
This evening it was looking more and more likely that Boris would announce another lockdown... Thomas went to bed hoping that he wouldn't be in school tomorrow.
Sure enough 8pm BoJo announced a 3rd national lockdown, with all schools closed again and a shift to home learning. I was very glad I hadn't bothered ironing Thomas's uniform until after the announcement!!
