The snow is back...

...and falling very heavily.

Having completed an early visit to the supermarket, the snow was just getting heavy. So, before driving off, I took a few shots very close to the store. 

This little old lane leads up the side of the railway line to the station. To my right, as I took this shot is one of the oldest railway bridges in town (see the first extra). The original bridge at this point actually collapsed shortly after it was constructed and had to be rebuilt immediately.

Once driving home, I was stopped for a while by temporary traffic lights and was able to grab the other extra through the car window (another section of Harrogate Stray).

7 hours later, the snow is still falling but appears to be easing off a little.
