Full Stretch

Rani (main blip) and Chaiyya (extra) slept for most of today. So did P (see his blip).  

I woke up with a sore throat and a headache this morning and decided to take the day off. Working just wasn't an option.

I might have caught a cold, but perhaps it's just lack of sleep. Chaiyya has kept us awake with her constant meowing for three nights in a row.  The fact that she has slept so much during the day does not fill me with confidence regarding the coming night. 

We feel sorry for her, she seems so tormented by these hormonal surges. As I have learned this week, a liver disease (which she has) can affect hormone levels, so maybe that is part of the problem. 

Thankfully it's weekend! If I can't sleep for another night, I'll just join Rani for a long nap on the sofa tomorrow.
