Bubbles...

.....0 Bees 1! Go figure...temperatures barely to reach freezing, heavy snow forecast...we didn’t even have a frost, though it was darned chilly and the bird bath was frozen!

I found a few likely candidates for Flower Friday on my quick walk around the garden earlier this afternoon...the lone bee on the mahonia won the day though. In extras...sunshine on the hydrangeas. We’ve still got buds on the clematis, there were loads of little fungi still growing in the grass and the palm like tree is flowering!!

A day consisting largely of laundry; a quick trip into town to post a parcel and a ten minute video call with the little one this afternoon. He’s growing up before my eyes, so much sturdier than he was 6 weeks ago and they’re making progress encouraging him onto his front to get him to crawl. Hard to believe it’s over 6 weeks since he arrived yet it feels as though he’s been here forever.

No pulling the wool over your eyes yesterday...or most of you anyway! It’s a bee box...hubby decided I would probably be safe looking after a solitary bee!! I did laugh at the toilet roll comments though...thanks for all the stars and comments.
