Today was a simply perfect cold crisp winters day and I needed to get a good walk in it. Found my Yaxtrax that I bought years ago to give a proper grip onto to my walking shoes. Walked up St Magdelanes Hill, across the bridge over the motorway and over to the wood. I did a separate hill on my own as wasn’t ready to turn and go home.

Was so good to get proper walking with the yaxtrax as before I was terrified of falling on the ice.

Made mince and tats for the tea and a big pot of Scotch Broth. Finished Traces and really enjoyed it.
