The icy reservoir !

One of my much loved places the subject of many blips- as never seen before!
It was a delight to share in the glee of the children being allowed to play on the ice.
Quite beautiful!
I took a lovely photo of a pheasant bathed in the low winter sun - included as an extra.
The day just slipped away - some cooking for a friend , some domestic tasks and a rather slippery walk.
