Gratitude Project Day 373.

Today I am grateful for the gemsquash that I got to eat for dinner tonight. I hadn’t known when to harvest it and when Michael accidentally mowed over the vine, the decision was made for me. It was delicious!!

Many of the succulent leaves I got from S have started to sprout tiny leaves around the edges!! So very exciting!

Today is the 15 year anniversary of our arrival in Australia!
