Felt like a Friday that lasted forever, having been up from 4am for anxious snow checks. My travel prayers were answered with a not too perilous drive to and from work and well timed snowfall during the working morning giving us the opportunity for snowman building with the children in the nursery garden. They named him “Birdie”. No idea.
It’s been such a long week of major staffing issues so a blissful Friday night eating chips and watching the Villa babbies (the youth team were suddenly thrust into the limelight after our entire squad and coaching staff were covid-quarantined)! The little beauties did themselves and us absolutely proud against the men of Liverpool FC. Lost 4-1 but I celebrated the 1 like never before... go on Louie!
