Iced Apple

Whilst looking round for a blip this afternoon I chanced on some chunks of ice in our driveway . Most of the over night frost and ice had cleared  but there were just these few chunks ice left as the temperature has been pretty much around freezing point all day. The ice did not look particularly;arly attractive on the gravel of our driveway so I thought I would photograph it against a more attractive background. I tool a chunk inside and put it on top of the most incongruous thing I could think of. - an apple. I had to work quickly as the ice was melting very quickly but I managed one or two shots.
