Wonderful afternoon on the snow!

It was a joy to see lots of people enjoying themselves on the snow this afternoon!

We did a two and a half hour walk from our cottage up onto The Hay ( Watch Hill ).

There were walkers, sledgers, joggers, skiers and lots of snowmen!

The sun shone, and it was such a wonderful afternoon! Our flasks of hot chocolate and biscuits went down a treat! ( we sat on our waterproof folding mats in the snow ).

This morning we had our covid jabs! ( 70-75 age group ) It was all very efficient...lots of volunteers helping, as well as cheerful NHS staff.
