One Billion Rising - Kensington

One Billion Rising was marked in Kensington & Chelsea today by the exuberant releasing of balloons at the Town Hall.
My colleagues from the Hate Crime department organised a day long campaign of awareness-raising activity which was a welcome change from this date's usual commercial nonesense....
