Bangers

We decided on some old school bangers and mash tonight. This is the aforementioned "bangers"
The trouble with putting foil on the grill pan to save on the washing up is that the fat that emanates from the sausages starts to ignite and spit causing a rather interesting if smokey display under the grill.
I displayed the bangers in true "Desperate Dan -Cow Pie" style, by sticking them end on, in the mash. 
I'm such a child sometimes.
