Icy

Went for my usual Saturday morning run, I usually meet Dad and we run together but as the Welsh lockdown doesn't allow two households to meet I had to motivate myself. Luckily it was a nice morning, although the lanes were icy. The rest of the day seems to have gone by quickly and been nice and relaxed.
