Dancing cook.

I played tour guide to a few new teachers today. After a dinner of dumplings, we wandered down to Times Square where I figured I would show them where a few restaurants were and then show them Moon Harbour. Little did I know the Lantern Festival was set up in Moon Harbour.

Lots of light displays and food stalls. The best food stalls had the dancing cooks. This was only one of a few, but he was probably the most entertaining to watch.
