Ice breaker

I’ve been saving this activity for a much needed hour of entertainment whilst we got some last minute bits of school work done before starting back to work.
Playmobil penguins frozen into the ice, can they free them?

It seems school will be open tomorrow and teachers and school staff are expected to ‘carry on as normal’ despite the rest of the country going into lockdown. Large groups of super spreaders (who don’t understand social distancing) No PPE, we’re not prioritised for vaccinations and hardly any funding to allow for extra cleaning, staffing etc.
I’m not convinced the school will still be open to the end of the week, cases are rising rapidly here and I know of a few cases in families at school already.
