Down in the woods

The daily walk took us to Dulwich Upper Wood. It was quite muddy under foot and I didn't spot much in the way of wildlife, but I could hear the parakeets and several woodpigeons were perched in the canopy.

At home, two parakeets visited the feeder, so the parakeet of the other day must have told a friend.

We watched Toni Erdmann this evening, which had us guffawing and cringing, often at the same time. It's a film that's a few years old, and I heartily recommend it.
