A Challenge for my Mum

Today has been about a wee personal challenge I decided to set myself for my Mum & Dad.
My wee Mum was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s last year, so, this morning I ran from the heart for her and called her as soon as finished just so she knew I was thinking of her.
I was so lucky to have friends (safely) support me this morning and it means the world to me having positive amazing people around me.
