Frozen Fungi

The air temperature had risen this morning but the ground was still firmly frozen as we set off on Boris exercise this morning! The above fungi was spotted on the canal bank , while the extra is almost a "heart felt thank you " from the swans for their food supplement!
Slow cooker Brisket joint on the go for this evenings meal.
