It was beautiful while it lasted!

The snow has gone and my grass is very wet but green again. It has been what I would call a colourless day so it was a bit of a struggle to find something to photograph.

Our churches are closed again so before I linked up with our online service I paid a quick visit to the loch. There were still a few remnants of the extreme cold .... some icy patches on the path and the grass. The loch was still frozen although there was a film of water on the surface.

A bit of colour inversion on the tree and its reflection in the loch .... just a bit more interesting than dull grey. The lumps of snow had obviously been taken from the grass as much of the debris was still sticking to the snow.
