Fristy frosty day

I went across the lane to take this for you, I hope that you recognise the risks I took going out in the sort of weather that gets Dennis Quaid dusting off his sledge. This is a colour image and I've not desaturated it - when I first looked out I thought we'd had snow. I realised that we hadn't had snow because the news wasn't wall-to-wall wailing that the south was closed by adverse weather.
