Out With The Girls

Murphy and I had a change of scene today and walked to Norton Covert with a friend and her dogs. Unbelievably this secluded spot is on a main road a short walk from home. 
Passing a care home and waving to the residents in the windows on the way started a rather melancholy conversation about the situation we all find ourselves in. Despite various family problems at the moment at least we are able to see them face to face, even if they do need a clip round the ear sometimes.
