Gateway back from another world....

This is a cycle/pedestrian bridge over the metro line in Copenhagen. I'm not sure why but it is beautifully illuminated at night. I guess the round cage is to stop people jumping on to the tracks.

I cycle through fairly regularly on my way to and from the beach. You can see the orange glow of the sunset in the background.

It's the portal - in a slightly exaggerated sense- to and from the kayaking world of the beach and everyday life
