Hot Dogs

Grilled polish sausages, bok choy sauerkraut, fermented cauliflower, and chips.

The ferments are homemade, the sausage, chips, and buns are bought. Nothing too exciting, but all enjoyable. We are following up dinner with a favorite cocktail we haven’t made in a while: the Corpse Reviver #2 (from the Savoy Cocktail Book).
