A model town

Been experimenting with Tilt shifting an an image which supposedly is a bit like an optical illusion. By blurring the foreground and background and adding a lot of saturation to the image it's suppose to look almost toy like.  I think this is semi successful but might be better with a more acute angle. No doubt I'll have more attempts!
