Paddington Basin

My daughter had to go to Paddington today so I walked there with her. We met outside our usual park and headed for the canal and walked up the canal to Praed Street. This is where the regents canal basin arm ends. There are all new buildings surrounding the basin now. There is a huge pontoon in the centre where you can walk and sit. We walked back to the park and had our usual tea afterwards. 12,662 steps for me as I had further to walk. My daughter was not far behind. It said warmer but that wind was icy brrr. Freezing out.

When I got home the sunset was lovely so it’s an extra from my front window.
