Nuff said!

Monday morning blues, this morning!
Nothing that a good brisk freezing cold walk with my sprout couldnt shake off!
Then off to work, where 3 people all commented about how much weight id lost (YES!)
struggled with the back a bit today so came home a bit sooner and had a soak in a hot bath. That did the trick.
