Just is

A very flat light today. It’s hard to be inspired some days during the dark days of winter. I’ll keep at it though.
We feel quite lucky to be retired and living in rural Canada during COVID and the present lockdown. We have our daily routines. Reading, writing, a 40 day meditation and yoga challenge and of course long walks/hikes and getting out in nature. We both love to cook so every week we visit different ethnic regions through food. And then there’s caring for our elderly parents. One turning 99 in a month and two others late 80s and living independently (with lots of support from me and my sisters). so we’re busy enough and I love it all.
Blipping is just another little challenge to add to the day.
