The big one

The guinea pigs have moved indoors.

When we adopted them from the RSPCA, they were living outdoors. But that was nearly five years ago; they are little old men now.  And it's been getting very chilly; and to cap it all, the little one sustained an eye injury on Christmas Day from a malicious piece of hay.  

So we have ordered an indoor home for them; meanwhile they are enjoying a network of cardboard boxes with  connecting tubes. 

We're all benefitting from having them indoors.
