i had decided to try not to fill this week up with emergency portraits...much as each of them has brought pleasure and laughter to my cynical wee world...but as i was cycling back home there was this van

i had seen him, in a state of fevered, flooded, "urgency" last week, with his van at a cycle path intersection but this week i had the chance to stop and have a chat...and am glad that i did...nice bloke...and

it's a very cool thing that he's doing...stopping for a couple of hours and offering free help and tweaks to passing cyclists..hopefully it will get him some paid business as well...i think that his email address is visible...
