Day 29 - Charity Challenge

MONDAY

Although I was working from home I am providing telephone cover for the office all this week, so my opportunities to get out for a run are more limited.

The weather was dreadful so at 7:15 am I hit the treadmill and notched up 11 km before starting work an hour later.

Apart from that the furthest I have been today is the bottom of the drive to bring the wheelie bin in.

The trees and telephone wires are at the bottom of the front garden.
