another big sky

First day in over a week that I've managed to get out onto the common.  The sky, as usual, was amazing.

Walking alongside a nearby hedgerow, I surprised - or rather, was surprised by - a flock of Redwings.  We've lived here a year now and it's the first time I've seen any.
