Froddo....

my neighbours little dog came and sat beside me today!  I think he realised I was not feeling too good.  Thank you for all the kind messages.  In fact, I feel really quite bad today - my abdomen feels as if I have had an operation (the doctor told me to expect pain though because of so much dry vomiting).  I am just very tired - so all I have done today is sit and read a book - had a sleep and had a piece of toast (or a partial piece)!

Hoping tomorrow will be a better day!
