I had another day of the work-from-home type. 

Prams and carpets are causing a lot of angst. Are they essential? 

I have punted The Pram Problem off to the appropriate Minister for an opinion. The technical expression for this is “passing the buck” “taking the matter up at the highest level”.

I wonder which minister has responsibility for carpets (and the fitting thereof during pandemics)? Most of them are adept at sweeping things under carpets, but the issue here is different. 

I did get out of the house briefly around lunchtime. I am confident I did so within the rules. Well, reasonably confident.
