More frost

It has been a beautiful but extremely cold day.   A few places where lying water had turned to thick ice so our meander around the park required several detours onto the grass to avoid.

Most of the garden looks lovely while everything is white, but looks much sadder once it melts and everything just looks droopy and sad.  While we sat and had our morning coffee, the sun was catching the frost on the top of the fountain which I liked.

Lots of IT issues today - email and access to central files kept dropping out.   Very frustrating.   Thank goodness I'm not a teacher!

Meanwhile C has fitted the new blue splashback behind the cooker - it looks really good. Maybe one day we'll be allowed visitors who can admire it!
