Carrot cake

The first time in over a decade making carrot cake. I can never be bothered making this cake as it needs a lot of ingredients and grating is involved. It actually didn’t take that long and tastes amazing. Very happy I made the effort. Roo spent the time in his jumperoo which I managed to squeeze into the kitchen and Lorenzo watched something on the ipad. He has actually spent most of the day on the ipad.
He has seemed a little off today. Possibly just tired. He took a nap for the first time in about 6 weeks this afternoon for an hour.
This morning he had a doctors appointment which M took him to. We think he may be having Absent Seizures. Not sure. Could just be day dreaming. We are keeping a diary but they are very hard to see unless you are looking at his face for those 5 seconds they happen. He has been referred to a neurologist just to play it safe.
