Over zealous!!

I have decided to try to record a shot from my daily wander - this is mainly because I find wandering round the local roads boring beyond belief - but needs must! 
The guy down the road owns an assortment of interesting vehicles, but parking services seem to want to give him parking tickets every day! They even come on Sundays - all vey sad!
